I helped lead the pitch and oversaw the initial concepting & creative direction as well as design development. Our team worked closely with the Juul Global Retail team to develop the Juul retail concept and consumer journey. The approved look and feel was applied and launched globally executing in Asia, North America, Canada, Israel, and Europe. I also helped to recruit our store design lead that developed the Juul Retail Lab and retail system to be implemented to all of the individual spaces globally. I oversaw the production design team who interpreted the design and translated for large and small format layouts and designing the initial 3-5 stores in each country.
